I have no idea why the images didn’t post. I just got back from my wife’s work’s holiday party and fixed the post so all images and links are represented.
So, let the voting begin!
I’m going with Stars and Garters, but I’m not sure which of his rounds I liked better.
This Friday I’ll be posting the Round 12 I would have used had I not taken ill this week, which I think would have been a major contender, if not the winner. And I don’t usually say things like that, so that’s how confident/disappointed I am.
Sorry for the double post, Fred, but the only reason I brought up the post is that I’m also showing how I WOULD have concluded the Shockwave narritive. I should have included that.
Well, as a Green Lantern Fan, I MUST vote for the one with Hal, from Stars and Garters. It has the added bonus of showing Hal’s behind, which is always a plus.
I have a dilemma. My honest favorite is our host’s Round One entry of Superman kicking himself. But I don’t want to put Fred in the awkward position of giving the prize to himself, especially after watching this past week’s “Office” episode. And I don’t want to waste a vote, especially with the “two-vote rule. Advice?
I don’t think Spacebooger can even give himself the reward. (I recall him stating as much, so there are really only 11 competitors this tourney.) But feel free to vote for m..your next favorite.
You can vote for me if mine is truly your favorite – I love playing the role of the spoiler, but I will not give myself a prize so it would go to the 2nd most votes if I did win.
Don’t get me wrong I want to win every week, I’m competitive like that and if I can pull a 12 round sweep I get to keep my money and add it to the pot for the next set of fights… so go ahead and vote for me.
So many favorite artists to choose from. Bagley! Perez! Gammill! Adams! (I’m leaving out Kane, Andru, and Grell here because they’re mine, and I’m not choosing from here. (And don’t think I’m leaving out your entries, Carrier and Meekrat.)
But Round One knocked my socks off for its sheer insanity, so I’m casting my vote for Spacebooger, Swan, and Superman kicking himself.

So many greats. I have to give it to Fantasy Theatre overall. Grundy kicking the Atom into a display of shoes is still just too good.
