Slay, Monstrobot of the Deep is all about the family style beat down with the “Cats in the Cradle.”

    While I dearly love that issue of “Secret Six,” my pick is going to Stars and Garters for that epic Jonah Hex battle.

    Ugh! That pun was actually WORSE than Mr. Scott’s. It gave me pain.

    Bonus points for Hero Sandwitch for using Mr. Roboto, but ultimately I have to give the vote to The Sock Drawer. That’s why we love Batman.

    A vote for Hero Sandwich — I love the matter-of-factness of those old Golden Age comics, as Marvex just casually tossed the guy through the wall.

    Lots of great artists this week. We had awesome contributions from Starlin, Perez, (ahem)Garcia-Lopez, and Scott (Nicola, not Mr.).

    But I’ve got to vote for Slay for that “Marvel-ous” father-son brawl.
