I love the Summer Heat and the Ocean, but…

… Sunburns SUCK!

Yesterday we spent all day at the beach on at Ocean City MD. Even though I lathered myself up with SPF30 I have a sunburn on my legs that make it horribly painful just to stand up.

Oh well today we will do some walking and travel back to DC, so more updates tomorrow or Sunday, but make sure you come back later this evening for Friday Night Fights sponsored by Bahlactus.
